Build an additional revenue stream from the merchant relationships you already have. QuadraPay helps referral partners connect businesses with payment service providers (PSPs) that may be able to review their payment-processing needs.
Important: QuadraPay does not itself provide payment processing, make final approval decisions, or guarantee approval, pricing, processing volume, settlement timing, or continued account availability.
Introduce businesses looking for payment-processing options without representing yourself as the provider.
Your clients already need payment solutions. We help you give them another path to explore. QuadraPay's value to partners is simple: speed, access to multiple PSP relationships, application coordination, and a straightforward referral model.
Available across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and NZ, subject to merchant and program eligibility.
Merchants can be introduced to an appropriate PSP for review without unnecessary delays.
For referring merchants into multiple available processing programs.
Support for conventional and specialized merchant categories, subject to each PSP's requirements.
On qualifying referred accounts when provided for under your Partner Agreement.
No need for partners to make underwriting or approval decisions. We provide support for application questions and status coordination.
Introduce a business through your approved referral link, application form or partner portal.
QuadraPay reviews the basic referral information and coordinates submission to a potentially suitable participating PSP.
The applicable PSP performs its own underwriting, compliance review and business assessment.
The PSP independently decides whether to onboard the merchant and establishes the applicable commercial and account terms.
If approved and the merchant completes onboarding, the merchant begins using the services provided under its agreement with the provider.
Where your Partner Agreement provides for compensation, qualifying revenue share is calculated and paid according to the agreed terms.
The QuadraPay Partner Program is designed for people and businesses that already have relationships with merchants and want to refer those businesses for payment-processing review.
Businesses frequently need help finding a payment-processing provider that fits their business model, geography and transaction profile.
Available services depend on the participating PSP, merchant profile, location, business model and applicable requirements.
Payment Gateway: If your clients need payment gateway functionality, QuadraPay can coordinate the application with a participating PSP whose available program may include gateway functionality.
Merchant Account: QuadraPay gives partners a central referral point for merchants that may need conventional or specialized processing review. The partner introduces the merchant. QuadraPay coordinates the application. The applicable PSP independently reviews the business.
QuadraPay does not guarantee that a particular merchant will qualify for a specific gateway or processing program.
The program is built for people who already have access to business owners. You do not need to become a payment service provider yourself.
Consultants and business advisors can provide a payment-processing referral path when clients ask for help, without taking on the provider role.
Refer clients that need payment acceptance after launching an ecommerce website. Marketing agencies can add a payment referral option to their relationships.
SaaS companies can refer businesses that need external payment-processing services.
Independent sales professionals and existing merchant-services sales organizations can use the network to submit merchants for review.
Affiliate marketers, referral marketers, and business brokers can introduce businesses seeking payment acceptance services.
Associations and business communities can introduce businesses seeking payment solutions to an appropriate provider.
A qualifying merchant referral can potentially create an ongoing revenue relationship rather than a one-time referral payment.
Where applicable, QuadraPay calculates partner compensation using the methodology set out in the applicable Partner Agreement based on:
A referral does not automatically create compensation. Eligibility depends on onboarding and activity.
Some businesses require additional review due to industry, transaction model, or geographic footprint. Potential categories may include:
Industry eligibility varies. A referral does not guarantee acceptance.
QuadraPay works with participating PSP relationships that may provide processing options across multiple markets. Depending on current program availability, referrals may be considered for businesses in:
Coverage is not universal. Availability depends on the merchant's location, model, and the requirements of the applicable PSP.
QuadraPay may offer different partner arrangements based on referral activity, relationship structure and commercial requirements.
Partner tiers, revenue-share percentages and benefits are not guaranteed and are governed by the applicable Partner Agreement.
QuadraPay's role is to facilitate referrals and coordinate applications with participating PSPs. QuadraPay may assist with information gathering, application preparation, documentation coordination, referral tracking and communication.
QuadraPay does not make the final underwriting decision for the merchant. The applicable PSP independently evaluates the application and determines whether the merchant can be onboarded. Unless expressly authorized in writing, partners must not represent themselves or QuadraPay as the provider responsible for underwriting, account approval, processing, settlement or other provider functions.
To protect merchants, partners and the QuadraPay network, partners must provide accurate information and avoid making promises that QuadraPay or a PSP cannot guarantee.
There is currently no standard application fee for the partner program. Specific commercial arrangements are subject to the applicable Partner Agreement.
No. Referral partners can introduce merchants without making underwriting decisions. QuadraPay helps coordinate the application with a participating PSP.
QuadraPay aims to coordinate referrals promptly. Actual review times vary by PSP, merchant profile, documentation, geography and application complexity.

Yes, you may submit eligible businesses for review. The applicable PSP independently decides whether it can onboard the merchant.
A decline by one PSP does not necessarily mean another program is available. Where appropriate and permitted, QuadraPay may identify another participating PSP for review. Any new review is independent and subject to that provider's requirements.
Where your Partner Agreement provides for revenue share, payments are made according to the calculation and payout schedule in that agreement, after applicable processing and reconciliation requirements.
No. Compensation depends on the applicable agreement and qualifying merchant activity. A submitted application does not itself guarantee compensation.
Only using approved claims and materials or within the permissions provided by your Partner Agreement. Partners must not make unsupported approval, pricing or performance promises.
No. QuadraPay coordinates referrals and applications. The applicable PSP independently conducts its review and makes the onboarding decision.
Turn payment-processing questions into a structured referral opportunity. Introduce the merchant. QuadraPay coordinates the application. The applicable PSP makes the decision.
No guaranteed approvals. No guaranteed processing volume. Clear partner terms. Straightforward referrals.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR JOINING THE QUADRAPAY PARTNER PROGRAM.
QuadraPay and its related partner-program website operate as a merchant-services reseller, referral and consulting business. QuadraPay is not itself the payment service provider for merchants referred through this program and does not represent that it directly provides payment processing, merchant account services, underwriting, settlement, payment acceptance, gateway services or other regulated or provider-specific services unless expressly stated for a particular service in a written agreement.
QuadraPay introduces and refers merchants to independent payment service providers and other participating payment-processing providers. The applicable provider independently determines whether to review, approve, decline, suspend or terminate a merchant relationship and independently establishes the applicable pricing, fees, reserves, processing limits, settlement arrangements, documentation requirements, transaction requirements and other account conditions.
Submission of an application, referral or merchant information to QuadraPay does not constitute approval, acceptance, eligibility, authorization to process transactions or a promise that an account will be established. QuadraPay does not guarantee that any merchant will be approved, that any application will be reviewed within a particular period, that a merchant will receive a particular price or rate, that a merchant will process a particular volume, that funds will settle within a particular period, that reserves will not apply, or that processing services will remain available for any particular length of time.
All processing and onboarding decisions are subject to the independent requirements, policies, risk assessments, documentation standards and contractual terms of the applicable provider. Partner compensation is subject to the applicable Partner Agreement. Revenue share is not guaranteed merely because a referral or application is submitted. Eligibility for compensation may depend on successful onboarding, merchant activation, qualifying processing activity, account standing, reconciliation, contractual adjustments and other conditions.
QuadraPay may receive compensation from participating providers for qualifying referred business. Where permitted by the applicable agreements, QuadraPay may share part of its compensation with authorized referral or reseller partners. Compensation arrangements do not create a guarantee of merchant approval or processing availability.
Partners are responsible for accurately describing their relationship with QuadraPay and must not make representations that are inconsistent with the Partner Agreement or applicable provider requirements. Partners must not make false, misleading, exaggerated or unsupported statements regarding approval, pricing, processing availability, performance, settlement, reserves, eligibility or revenue share. Partners must submit accurate merchant information and must not knowingly conceal, falsify or misrepresent material information about a merchant, its business activities, ownership, products or services, transaction model, geography, processing history or other information requested during an application.
QuadraPay may refuse, suspend or terminate a referral relationship, partner account or merchant submission where it reasonably believes that information is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, unauthorized, unlawful, inconsistent with partner requirements or otherwise presents unacceptable risk.
